About us
The Dirt Track Racing Association (DTRA) was formed in 2006 with the goal of providing race competitors, fans, and sponsors an organization that will make dirt track racing in the Upper Midwest as great as it can be. Its objectives are simple:
1. Provide a point fund for drivers that creates excitement and rewards without costing tens of thousands of dollars
2. Bring value to sponsors that see opportunities beyond simply selling more products to the race competitors.
3. Create race programs for the fans that entertain like no other form of racing in the entire country.
The 2008 DTRA series is for Late Models, Modifieds, Super Stocks, Street Stocks & Midwest Modifieds. The 2008 series does not charge drivers any license fees and all point fund monies are provided by sponsors.
The Dirt Track Racing Association is excited about the future of dirt track racing in the upper Midwest and encourages other race tracks and drivers to join the future of racing in this area. Click on “contacts” to obtain information to get a hold of a DTRA representative.
